The villa is located in a very quiet residential area near the beach and the center of Tarnos.
It has a large plot of 1900 m2 bordered by a forest with a nice wooden pool. Centennial trees (cork oaks, a maritime pine), the wooden swimming pool and a large stone terrace make our house a very pleasant place to live in the summer.
At the back of the house you enjoy a land directly accessible from the kitchen for lunch.
The living room-dining room opens onto a large stone terrace ready to receive a large table around a plancha or barbecue.

It consists of an entrance with a small relaxation lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 sleeping 140cm and the other 160 cm), a large bathroom with shower Italian rain effect and a separate toilet.
Upstairs,
A space with BZ sofa, exercise bike, separate toilet, bathroom with bath, 2 bedrooms: one with double bed 160 cm wide and in the second a double bed 140 cm.
We have the possibility to add a single bed a cradle or an umbrella bed in the rooms.
Tarnos is a city bordering Bayonne very well equipped: cinema 12 rooms, restaurants and cafeteria, shops, media library, park and forest, tennis and of course a beach landaise along the Atlantic coast.
You are 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and 20 minutes from Hossegor.
Spain is 35 minutes by motorway.
You can enjoy the waves of the Atlantic if you like surfing or quieter beaches for children thanks to dikes on Anglet or Capbreton.
The region is very well equipped with sports or tourist equipment: many golf courses, hiking trails, mountain bike trails ... without forgetting our gastronomy (foie gras, duck confit ...)
