“The communication from Bicheno by the Bay was exceptional, making our check-in and checkout very simple (even considering we arrived after their reception had closed). We were given a larger room than we had booked, which was really lovely. It was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. It's situated in a great location close to all the local attractions and facilities (like the IGA). They provided a map of the local area and recommendations for where to go. The beds were very comfy, the pantry was well stocked and Ross even had the house warmed for us before our arrival. The beautiful short private walk to the river allowed us to see a range of wildlife. Both Ross and Annie were very helpful with local knowledge and so friendly.
