Another guest that arrived at the same time had an issue and there was a phone at the center point that got the gentleman immediately in contact with the right person and his problem was immediately resolved. We were both impressed! My room was very clean with a full kitchen, had a lovely harbor view with an outside seating area, and the most cozy, comfortable bed of my whole trip! “Great spot, should have stayed two nights as much more comfy than previous spot. Super quiet, penguin viewing evening tour lots of fun plus we saw a bonus bandicoot! Service OK, restaurant shut but it's very close to other venues tho they do close early. Bicheno blowhole worth a look. Was 2m high at low tide on a calm day so must really get pumping at times.”
