Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. “Location was great- near Osborn boat ramp and just 10 minutes from Frenchlick. Cabin was adequate but could use a little more cleaning. There were cobwebs in the living room and bedroom plus mice droppings in the pantry. I live in the country and am used to this but had to do a little extra cleaning to feel comfortable. The front porch was very nice and since it rained 3 of the days we were there we spent quite a bit of time out there. Enjoyed the wood carvings around the cabins. ”

“This is a very peaceful quiet location and still close to downtown, shops and restaurants. We were there for a wedding in the area, and this was just perfect for the occasion. The house was clean and very welcoming with the open kitchen and living room floor plan. Three of the bedrooms were down the hall away from the noise and then you had beds in the loft, so there was a place for everyone depending on what you wanted.
