The Space

Seaside Escape comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across two spacious levels, making it ideal for extended families or group holidays. Recently renovated bathrooms and modern comforts blend beautifully with the home’s relaxed coastal charm.



Upstairs

The upper level features a bright open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a balcony with beautiful ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient.



Bedrooms (Upstairs):

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ocean views

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ocean views and private sofa retreat

• Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds



Downstairs

The lower level offers a second living/rumpus area with a convenient kitchenette, providing additional privacy and space for larger groups.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home and front balcony. Please note the backyard is not accessible for safety reasons due to the elevated terrain and current height restrictions.



Other Things to Note

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, and two rolls of toilet paper are provided for your arrival. Any pantry items left by the owners are also available for guest use.



Please note these consumables are not replenished during your stay. For groceries and essentials, local shops and supermarkets are available nearby in Tathra, Bega, and Merimbula.
