“Mal en la reservación decía que tenía shuttle aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto, pero solo es en horas muy determinadas, los vuelos en Minot llegas muy tarde y te vas muy temprano, el shuttle no sirve. ”

“Hotel agradable cerca del aeropuerto, no hay mesas para el desayuno continental, hay que comer sin ellas.”

“The staff is the best in North Dakota. I have stayed in many hotels in the state and its the very first time I was treated this way. I will come back for sure. I wont even hesitate in looking for another hotel in Minot this will be my choice and recomendation from now on. The receptionist Teja was beyond everything, he was the best of the best”

“There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower”

“We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. ”

“Rooms were missing furniture and missing tv remote , garbage can, ice bucket and towels. The spell of POT was always in the hallways.”

“Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends...

“The showers were ice cold. The property is run down. ”

“Excelente servicio, la nueva administración esta haciendo un buen trabajo para tener el edificio en optimas condiciones. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y bastante variado para el precio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. ”
