This single-level home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including ensuite. Featuring an open plan well-equipped kitchen and living area that leads out to the outdoor living area with BBQ. The fully fenced backyard ensures privacy and a safe space for children and a furry friend.

A leisurely 5-minute walk will get you to the lake or 11-minutes to the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club, where you can enjoy a beverage and woodfired pizza right on the lakes edge. For boating enthusiasts, there are a couple of nearby boat ramps, making it easy to bring along your boat or jet ski for some fun on the water.

Convenience is at your doorstep with local shops, including a convenience store, takeaways, and a restaurant, almost just over the back fence. Whether you're planning a quiet night in or a quick trip to grab essentials, everything you need is within easy reach.

Stay comfortable year-round with two heat pumps to keep you cool in the warmer months and toasty warm in the cooler months.

Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds (these can be made up together as 1 x King Bed upon request)

If you require the single beds to be made up together, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Parking – 1 x internal garage parking + 2 x off street parking, including boat parking for a small to medium sized boat.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

**Cameras** There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

**Methamphetamine sensor** there is a sensor installed within the home that detects methamphetamine usage.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
