Master bedroom: 1 x Super King Bed + ensuite



Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single Beds (The singles can be put together to make a Super King bed on request)



Bedroom 3/Open living space: 1 x Queen Bed.



Please note - the third bedroom is a Queen tilt-away located in the open-plan living space. There is a sliding panel door which can be pulled around to partition this off.



Please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival if you would like the 2 x King single beds made up as a Super King bed)



Apartment Rules and Information:



Parking: There is 1 parking space allocated for this apartment in the underground parking.

You will need to find additional parking for any extra vehicles along Lake Terrace.



Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the complex for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Apartments are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
