The Space:

The living space is designed for relaxation, offering an open floor plan that flows seamlessly onto a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic and lush mangroves. Inside, you will find a modern kitchen stocked with all the necessities, including a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, high-quality bedding, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom featuring a versatile shower-tub combo. With amenities like high-speed wireless internet, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, this home is perfectly equipped for long-term stays. Families will appreciate the inclusion of a pack and play, high chair, and children's books, making this the ideal base for your Florida Keys adventure.



Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:



- 24/7 Front Gate Security

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo

- Two private Tennis courts

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 Parking spots per reservation

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available.

The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended while vacationing in The Keys.

There is plenty of parking on property for our guests ( 2 cars max - No Electric car chargers on property)



Other Things to Note:

Smoking and pets are not permitted.



We have regular pest control services to ensure a comfortable stay.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors by avoiding loud gatherings, disruptive conduct, and drug use.



For marina and trailer reservations, please contact Castle Group in advance. Boats up to 28 feet are allowed, and proof of insurance ($300,000.00 liability, $100,000.00 property damage) is mandatory. Jet-powered watercraft are strictly prohibited.
