Great place, wonderful host!
Super clean condo with everything you need in the great Islamorada area. You never have to travel far for supermarkets, lunch/ brunch spots, or outstanding restaurants (dine in or take out). We felt secure and at home immediately. A stop at WinnDix only about a mile away on the ride down for water, beer, wine, fruit and other goods made stock-up swift. 2 elevators and "shopping" carts made check-in easy. A bright and cheerful layout greets you, with all rooms large and uncluttered. Huge fridge/freezer with icemaker and other excellent appliances. Open the sliders to the big balcony and the panoramic view is terrific! The pool and grounds are very well kept, with gardens here and there designed by owners that are beautiful. Choose sun or shade, there's always a nice spot to be by yourself, or with others. I honestly can't say enough good things, it's a great rental. Finally, thanks to an above-and-beyond great host and don't ever discount how important that is. Donna, you're THE best! Thank-you for everything!

Paradise in Tavernier
Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. The condo was very well appointed and exactly as expected. Communication with the owners was very good and we had no issues that we needed to contact them with after we arrived. My only complaint was that the week went by way too fast! We could have stayed a lot longer! The property was great and pool, gym, game room, reading room were perfect. If you’re looking for a great place to relax and soak up the sun, this is the place.

True Treasure
We have stayed at Seagulls many times. The location is perfect for us, close to all of our favorite places. When our "go to" unit was sold and no longer available, we were very disappointed, but thank God for this unit! It is one floor below our "go to" and is just as nice! The view is gorgeous and the overall property has been improved quite a bit! This unit is very up-to-date with appliances, countertops, etc. We rented a kayak for the week and went out every day. We were grateful for the storage space for the kayak! What a beautiful way to see the area and get some exercise too! The unit is extremely well-stocked, very clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. Donna was very quick to answer any questions we had, and she and Bob made the check-in and check-out very clear and easy. We had a great, private fishing trip with Blackfoot Charters (Captain Mike Makowski), and ate fresh sea trout and snapper all week! We will definitely return for future vacations!

Quiet and peaceful stay!
We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had a gorgeous view off the balcony. The community location is very quiet and the other residents/guests were very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants and entertainment in the area and everything was easy to get to from our location,

Peaceful paradise
Quiet, peaceful and am amazing view! Property was gorgeous. We rarely saw another person the whole 7 days! Kids loved the game room and we caught fish every day off of meditation point. Condo was clean and literally had everything you could need, just bring clothes! If I had to say something bad, maybe the king mattress is due for a change but that is it! We would return in a heartbeat and hated to leave!

As nice as promised!
This was our first time staying in the Keys (other than Key West proper) and it was a wonderful experience. This unit was the cleanest, most well equipped VRBO unit we've ever stayed in which made our experience even nicer. We're used to the expansive beaches of PCB, which the Keys aren't big on, and though this location has a picture-perfect sand & sea backdrop, it really isn't made for enjoying the ocean-at-the-beach kind of day. We made up for it though with more time out and about in the area where there's plenty to see & do. This location was also super quiet and low-key which is nice if you're not wanting to deal with loud spring break types but also made us just a bit self-conscious that our time sitting out on the balcony might be disrupting others. And speaking of the balcony, that was probably the only small negative to this place. It is a bit smaller than, again, the condo units @ PCB and because of it's angle, a little hard to escape the morning sun. Probably not easy to do but perhaps a sunshade for that east-facing corner would make the balcony easier to lounge on for longer but definitely not a deal breaker. Would happily stay again!

Great Vacation!
Best vacation ever! Upon entering the Condo the beautiful view took our breath away. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect near restaurants, close by to supermarkets. Activities were near by as well. Communication with the hosts was great. Donna reached out and gave us all information we needed for our arrival. We are already thinking about when we might go back. Thank you Donna and Bob for a great vacation!

Excellent Place to Stay
Very nice and quiet. Great location. Being on the corner the view from the balcony is as pictured only 10 times better. It is a sweeping panorama. Condo and grounds were immaculate. The condo is well equipped and is as advertised. Everything needed for the beach is supplied...chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Donna was prompt in all communications. This was important as our stay was immediately after Hurrican Ian. We had no problems during our stay. We recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Florida.

Such a beautiful place! Very clear check in process, comfortable and well equipped condo, and wonderful location. Amazing Vacation!
My fiancé and I vacationed at this condo along with his parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. All of us had an amazing time! The host communicated all of the details of the trip timely and with great detail. The condo was super clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. My future in-laws said that this was the best vacation that they ever had….and they are very well traveled. We all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Islamorada; it was better than Key West! On the last morning of our stay, I even saw dolphins playing in the ocean. Needless to say, I had to drag everyone out of the condo because no one wanted to leave-even with Hurricane Ian approaching! We can’t wait to book another stay here in the future! I would highly recommend the host and her property!

Paradise on a cove
This property was very nice and clean although the beach out front was immaculate and the view to die for the location to any good beach was very scarce. Of your going for close beach access I suggest further south to marathon or key west. Withought a boat you will be hard pressed to fine a good beach. And our pool was closed at the time but that wa snot the condos fault. It is now open upon our last day. But overall great place good trip. The airline on the other hand is a whole other story. Never fly spirit!

Our area has the renowned John Pennekamp Park/beach and Harry Harris Park/beach and many things to see and do and fast access to the mainland. Our area is also renowned for scuba, snorkel, sportfishing, other watersports and great restaurants! Glad you liked our view, everyone agrees, it is amazing!

Appeared different on line
Easily accessible but we found the water was not swimmable it appeared clear in the pictures but was very shallow with a lot of Smelly debris. We hated wristbands for fear of losing them but they were a must wear.The condo itself was very nice but we will not return.

Your trip coincided with a Super Moon which is cool and tides vary constantly, especially with a Super Moon. The wristbands can be around your water bottle, ankle or beach bag or anything visible. Just needed so registered guests and owners can be easily identified in and around the common areas of the property. There are usually extras in the condo. Thanks for writing!

A slice of paradise
This was the best vacation spot ever! A slice of paradise right outside the door. Views were incredible, close to everything, the condo was clean and bright, and has a very comfortable bed! We saw the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony! We will be returning!!

Week in Paradise
The views from this end unit are amazing! We spent many hours on the balcony. We were fortunate to have the full moon rising while we were there. We saw the lunar eclipse, blood moon and a shooting star too - which was awesome! Having our own private beach is wonderful & a rare find in the Keys. The pool, property & beach are clean & well maintained. The fitness center & game room are brand new & really nice. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. The owner has beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and everything you need for a day trip to local beach. Everything was just perfect. We were sad to leave. It was a wonderful vacation spot!

Beautiful updated condo. Beautiful views from EVERY room. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Plenty to do and see, even if you’re not scuba diving or fishing. Will definitely stay here again!
The unit is just as described and well done. The property is very nice and in a great location. My only “frustration” was the amount of paperwork from too many different sources- it made checking in extremely confusing. The owners however are fantastic and the unit was great! We will definitely be back!

30th Anniversary
Had a great experience! Very good location. This time of year we had a private beach and pool. Property was was every thing we wanted. The owners had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, even a blender! Beach chairs, towels, bed was very comfortable, books and dvd’s nothing was missing. Owner had put together a great book on what to do in the area. Property owner was great to work with on some special plans. I would rent again!

Beautiful grounds
Beautiful 2 bedroom condo one room king and other has 2 twins that can be pushed together as another king. Very comfortable beds. Every accessory you can think of. The view was spectacular, pool was ver warm and inviting. Very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic location!
What a perfect rental! This condo was perfect for our family of four, including two teens. It was super clean, had everything we needed and the location was outstanding. We enjoyed the pool so much. Peaceful, Enjoyable Getaway
The views from the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean are spectacular. The place was clean and all directions were given that were needed. We were in contact with the owners several times, as we needed some much needed information. They always responded right back. This place is a little piece of Heaven. We had a great week!

Friends Vacation
We very much enjoyed this vacation! The condo was so clean and well decorated. The location was very convenient also! We were somewhat disappointed that our water at our beach wasn’t really for swimming, but the beach itself was secluded and just beautiful! Enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises from our balcony! Beautiful view!
