This charming and luxurious villa is located very close to the beach, next to the Golden Club Resort in Cabanas de Tavira, Algarve. It is a brand new villa, equipped and furnished with the best materials and equipment, with 5 bedrooms (one en suite), enjoying a dining room and TV room with a magnificent tiled stove. All facilities (restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, cafes, etc.) are within a very short distance (2 minutes walk). The villa comprises an entrance hall leading to the living and dining room. The doors of the lounge, open to the terrace overlooking the pool makes the most demanding delights. Also the luxuriously equipped kitchen overlooks the pool, the daughter-in-law and the garden. Still on the ground floor there are two bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have private balconies. Outside we have the fantastic pool, divided into adults and children, surrounded by a huge terrace with a beautiful pergola that defines the lounge area, dining area and barbecue. The garden with its palm tree and fruit trees accompany the old daughter-in-law and the well, which supplies irrigation water.
The delicious fish and seafood of the Tavira area can be grilled on the barbecue, by the clueless and tasted in the shade of the fantastic pergola that covers part of the terrace, while children (and adults) take a dip in the pool!
