Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with.
We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)”

The chair had a big rip, the carpet in the room had burn holes, 2 lights didnt work and the rubbish bin lid fell off everytine it was ooened as it was broken. The TV did not work and the owner spent about 10 minutes in our unit resetting it. Could fell the springs in the bed. Really disappointing. Room 16 was substandard.”

“I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked.
The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige.
There was no hairdryer, access to the laundry, or space to store bags on checkout day - all things that were advertised
