“The room was large and clean. Bathroom and kitchenette were great. We had room 1 which is on the lower floor, nest to the entrance and under the part were the owners live. The large patio doors are about 2 feet from parking and that is your view. The back of the unit is the owners back yard so there are two small high glazed windows. For privacy you have to fully close the patio curtains so you feel like you are in a bit of a bunker. We were only there for one night so not a big deal but...

“This property is located in a beautiful quiet serene location where you hear the birds and nature right outside your door. It's a very calming place close to town but feels miles away. There is a nice pub/restaurant within easy walking distance. The check in was super easy and I would definitely stay there again. ”

“What a great location in Paihia! At the very beginning of the strip, so you’re away from the busier hub up. Close enough for a quick seven minute walk to the pier and the center, passing great cafés and beautiful scenery along the way. Directly across the beach with beach bbq’s and picnic tables. We had to pay for the first night due to late cancellation, but relieved not to stay there. The rooms smell, the carpets are worn and the bed felt terrible. Not a place we will recommend to anyone, just not worth it!”
