“Three night stay but I wish it had been longer. The property is full of character and immaculately furnished. Our room was incredibly spacious and the view from the terrace was magnificent, watching the sunset was a joy. However, the best thing of all was the service received. The entire team were wonderful. The meals were absolutely delicious (both breakfast and dinner were exquisite) and the servings very generous.

“We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!”

“The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.

“Debo aclarar que nosotros nos alojamos en una habitación superior, con balcón y excelente vista. El único inconveniente es que el hotel carece de calefacción y por la noche hace frío, (nos trajeron un caloventor chiquito pero no era suficiente) El trato del personal fue muy cordial, tratando todo el tiempo de brindarnos lo que tenían a su alcance.
