“We were upgraded to a larger room upon our arival. A beautiful space to relax in and a short walk away from the city center. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home... just nicer.”

“Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow.”

“Overall the room was good, the show needs deep clean but usable. The kettle lead needs being made longer to reach the socket. Blinds and inside the windows could do with cleaning . Overall not bad at all . Staff very friendly, we asked for more tea and milk the lady on reception but them in our room for us great service. ”

“This is a very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Big rooms with good equipment and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. It's in the main street of "weekend night life" (if you like to go party, the have discounts for a nightclub), so it may be a bit noisy during weekends... but the rest of the week is very quiet. For a B&B (not hotel) is probably the best I have been.”

“ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. ”
