“No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 ”

“Our second stay at the hotel, this time in the standard pitch view room- previous stay was in the penthouse room. View in the standard room was great, room modernised and clean. Downside was how bright the room was at night. Lights cultivating the pitch illuminated the room, the curtains did not cover the glow which made for a awful nights sleep. Our penthouse stay was much better, comfier bed/bedding, darker room with light creeping through the curtains. Breakfast on this occasion was also...

“Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price ”

“Stayed here for work. Easy to find, lots of parking and a nice quirky building. Good Bar and great stafff. Room a little dusty. Evening meal absolutely out of the park good- I'll be staying here from now on for this reason alone. ”

“This hotel is a great place to stay. The beds were really comfy,pillows were lovely and soft not like bricks under my head. The food was great in the restaurant plenty of choice, you can watch sports or sit in the garden. The bar has a wide range of drinks and snacks and a pool table. I found the room decor very tasteful however I did have an issue with the shower no fault of the hotel just a stupid design which a lot of the hotels have.
