“Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. “We had a lovely spacious room which included a small sofa, so it was comfortable to return to in the evening and watch tv. The downside was the room was at the top of the building up two flights of stairs, so not good for people with limited mobility or heavy bags. The ensuite was very small but the shower was powerful and the towels of good quality. Just a 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate and restaurants.”

“We have just had a wonderful stay here as my other half was doing the Great North Run. The staff were so helpful polite and attentive. The room was excellent spacious .really comfy beds full bathroom and had everything we needed as well as very quiet. “On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. We had the family room as it was the last one left for us to book & was a great size room. 10/10 ”
