“This is a very small, very elegant hotel with incredible service. The staff are very generous with their time and with their amenities. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.”

“The perfect location in Bari Vecchia. We stayed on the third floor, with a cute balcony overlooking the beautiful piazza. Walkable to everywhere you’d need locally, with amazing food and drink options right on the doorstep. Don’t be put off by the piazza outside, it’s lively and a great atmosphere, but as soon as you close the balcony door it’s silent! Within an easy walk of Bari Centrale railway station, it was also a great base for short train journeys to Polignano and Monopoli! Great...

“Location is great; unbeatable at the Centro Storico and steps of the main street Vittorio Emanuelle and from the bay and from the fashion street in downtown. The Palazzo Maurelli is a building with two comfy and spacious rooms and lift; very quiet and with terrace. We enjoyed very much our stay and the hotel team handle our transfers to Lecce and to the Airport. Amazing customer service. We are very thankful of them!!”

“The room was lovely with steps leading up to the bathroom, and nice buffet breakfast also included. There was air conditioning in the bedroom (not powerful enough to also cover the bathroom but this was ok). We had a Whatsapp message daily to ask if we would like our room cleaned. There are a lot of steps up to the rooms, but there is also a lift which was useful for our suitcases. Great location - only a 5 minute walk to the old town :-)”
