A short 0.5-mile walk to Shaldon Beach offers a gently sloping mix of sand and shingle or less than a mile away is Ness Cove Beach, accessed via an original Smugglers tunnel. Shaldon Zoo is 0.5 miles away, adjacent to a fabulous pub. Shaldon’s Botanical Gardens are just a few steps away from the property and nearby are some great local eateries. Alternatively, travel to Teignmouth on the oldest passenger ferry in England where there are various cafés, restaurants, and bars, as well as traditional seaside entertainment to enjoy.

This entirely characterful property has been playfully updated to feature a nautical theme yet doesn’t scrape on comfort and style with contemporary interiors and up-to-date appliances.
