Great place

I’m very pleased with our stay. There’s an elevator so we didn’t have to climb steps lugging our bags and the staff at reception were very helpful in a variety of ways.
View from our room—we’re practically on the beach!

The breakfast was Michelin star quality. The service and location was impeccable. Best bang for your buck in recent memory for a hotel. When sitting on our bed you felt like you were on a cruise veranda looking out at the ocean.

Fantastic hotel in front of the beach and so close to the farmer’s market where the prices are cheap and the foods are fresh and delicious. Folks are so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Olga and Lizzy from Seven Seas Hotel. They are so nice young people.

I would choose this over a 5 star hotel any day

It was difficult for us to find. The gentleman in the parking lot out back showed us where to go. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and the view of the sea was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

This is a hidden gem, right on the beach in the Central tourist area. At Jerusalem Beach, near great food, near Jaffa, near the Carmel market, it has everything you want, and at a reasonable price. Don’t expect a Hilton; that’s not what they’re selling here. Pay a little more and order a view of the ocean, and you are likely to get your own private deck facing the water. Spectacular.

I have to say that i was very disappointed by the hotel. We knew it was "budget" but the entire decore and upkeep was very poor. Worn carpets, damp on the walls, generally very poorly maintained. The door to the bedroom didnt open properly and I cant remember the last time I had a hotel room without a safe. I would avoid unless no other options.

I liked the area very convenient but they said on site laundry services which they do not have! Also no place to put clothes no draws ..otherwise very nice hotel

This hotel is perfectly situated , however their cleanliness needs more attention , I had to ask for my room and bathroom to be cleaned 3 times upon check in, couldn’t even walk on the floor or shower is was dirty!! Even the next day post their cleaning I had to show the manager how dirty the floors and bathroom was. It’s such a lovely hotel with great amenities but they need to step up their game to make it comfortable and hygienic.

Extra Charges - Not Warranted

Made a reservation and a week before the stay I communicated to the property that there would be two guests. The property acknowledged the additional guest as no problem, but did not communicate that you would charge me an additional 25% for the second guest. I would have moved hotels if I would have known

Not happy

I stayed with my son and his friend I needed three beds. The pictures presented in the room, made it look like the couch was in a separate area than the two beds. If I’d known they were all in one room I would’ve stayed at the crown and paid the same amount, the hostile next-door I had to move his friend over. He had an entire room to himself with two floors for a quarter of the amount of money. The pictures are deceiving below average hotel. If you have three people don’t stay here get two rooms somewhere else. The front desk personnel try to be very helpful

Would never spend a night there

Room was substantially smaller than represented in photos online, illustrations online did not come close to representing what we saw at the hotel, the bathroom shower doors were flimsy, and the trim was falling off, air-conditioning was in adequate, and to top it off, I found small flies that were on the bed. These are very poor accommodation that looked like they were rooms for rent by the hour. The only good news is that the attendant did make an effort to issue a refund for us after we said we were not going to stay there.
