“Very good value for money. Excellent help and service from Carole, the manager, and her sister who both went that extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.”
“We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.”
“Really nice location, very central. Hotel is clean, charming and cozy.
Rooms are comfortable, the in-house restaurant offers local food options (tasty!).
Really close to a small lake with some fun activities, including mini golf.
Also very close to a mechanic stair that brings to the ski area ropeway.”
“Best service and welcoming. Historic Hotel in perfect conditions: cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Good breakfast with a nice selection of different products. Great locations with amazing views, 5min walk to Crans Montana main street with shops and restaurants. I would defiantly come back to Bella Lui.

“Creo que es mejor elegir una habitación más cara y tener vistas. Nuestra habitación daba al parking del hotel: un poco triste.
En cuanto al resto de la estancia, la zona de piscina es magnifica y el desayuno muy bueno.
A mi juicio, el Etrier es uno de los mejores hoteles de Crans-Montana.”

“In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen. ”

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. Leider hatte ich meine Schlafmaske vergessen, was mein Fehler war....
