“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna während unserer 5-tägigen Aufenthalt laufend außer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen für ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. Im Frühstück-Buffet würde ich mir etwas mehr am Gebäck wünschen.

Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. ”

Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.”
