Great location!

We had a great stay! Condo is in a great location. There was a bit of noise from the next door/upstairs neighbors but having the fan on helped.

Stay in Telluride

Great accomodations in Telluride. The location was awesome and the room was very clean with very nice bed. The little kitchen area was well equipped making the stay extra special. The only suggestion would be adding a folding chair in the closet so that couples can both sit down at the same time.

Rich and Molly were very thoughtful hosts!!! They created a binder with local eateries and attractions for visitors to take advantage of fun things around them. This property was cozy and beautiful, perfect for our bride's bachelorette weekend. The property is close to several attractions near Mystic, CT and both Mohegan and Foxwoods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

The ski in/ski out piece was priceless! And a short, beautiful walk to downtown too. Cimmaron Lodge is a great way to capture the grandeur of Telluride!

Great space to lay your head!

This spot was perfect for the two of us for our trip to Telluride! Only issue we had was unpredictable water temps in the shower but we managed!

Host is amazing - so many texts and check in’s even weeks before our arrival. Unique for sure

Location location location. Lift lift lift! Very pleased with this rental. We will be back. Big shoutout to Lindsey. Ski rental shop is .000001 miles from condo and lift. 200 discount if you book for a second time! We will be back

Convenient spot

Room was adequate with nearby free parking. The room does not have a view, windows look out on walkway. Equipped with coffee maker, microwave and mini frig. Easy pretty walk along the river to downtown.

Smelled like cigarettes

Everything checked the boxes but all I could smell was cigarette smoke I used room as a bedroom home every nite around 930 10 pm upon entering it reeked of cigarette smoke I would leave every morning at around 830 being gone all day I would come home to the smell therefore I give a 5 out of 10 rating.

Worst property ever

This place is horrible place to stay. It is only a glorified hotel room without hotel amenities such as free ice. You can hear everything from outside and adjacent rooms. The shower went from scalding hot to ice cold without warning. Many things in the room did not work well such as the internet and bathroom switch. Park your car close as you will meed it for additional storage. When I spoke to Avanstay they tried to gouge me by offering to move me to another room for an additional 2075 plus tax in addition to the 2300 I was paying. I will never stay with them again. VRBO was of no help either.

Quaint, easy access!

Basic room with bathroom! Neighbors slamming doors was loud but otherwise perfect place to rest and sleep during the Telluride Horror Show! Parking was easy as well!

Super Clean & Very Convenient

The condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway with my husband. It is within walking distance to downtown and trailheads. It was super clean, and it was convenient to have a microwave, small fridge, and dishes to use. We would stay again. Thank you!

Very poorly kept and insanely overpriced

Where to even begin.. 1. The “king” bed is actually just two twins pushed together 2. One of the windows didn't have a screen in it, so we couldn’t leave that one open at night, and there’s no A/C so we kind of needed all the windows open 3. The one fan in the closet didn’t actually blow any air, so it was essentially just a sound machine 4. The iron had black gunk on the face of it, some of which rubbed off on my white collared shirt I was trying to iron 5. The ironing board is small and the legs barely keep it off the ground, so there’s really nowhere to iron anything in the room anyway 6. One of the hinges on the toilet paper roll holder was disconnected from the wall 7. Getting the water to run in the shower almost requires ripping the knob out of the wall 8. The fan in the bathroom was insanely loud and sounded like something metallic banging on some piping 9. Alpine Lodging REFUSED to let us take a 6.5 lb emotional support dog with us, citing their “very strict pet policy”, even though most everything in the room was dirty and poorly kept (my advice to anyone else staying here is to just take your dog, clean up after it, and just don't say anything. Nobody is going to care.) 10. The front door to the building didn’t close, nor did it lock. Overall, it was just very poor quality, something I wouldn’t even expect from a Motel 6, and certainly nowhere near worth the overall price I paid for it. The only reason they get away with it is because it’s Telluride. Either way, I will never book this property again.

Snowboard trip

This property is perfect if you’re needing an affordable place to stay overnight in telluride. The ski lift is a couple hundred feet from the room and just a few blocks from the restaurants. It even has a shared hot tub- an excellent touch after a long day of shredding an awesome mountain.
