Desde el piso principal se sube una escalera al dormitorio principal y al baño. Subir otro piso te lleva a un medio baño y al dormitorio Queen, desde el dormitorio Queen subes un conjunto de escaleras hasta el segundo baño completo y la lavandería.

VIDA PRINCIPAL

Cocina: totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: encimera de gas con estufa, horno de doble cajón, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera con máquina de hielo y agua filtrada. Especiero.

Comedor: mesa de comedor con capacidad para 5 personas y tiene vistas al espacio verde al aire libre y la montaña de esquí.

Sala de estar: sofá con sillones reclinables eléctricos, dos (2) sillones de cuero con taburetes, TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con Apple TV y chimenea de gas para calentarse.

Dormitorio de invitados 2 - Habitación con literas: Las literas individuales con lámparas de lectura y armario empotrado y vestidores hacen de este un dormitorio ideal.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra un piso más arriba de la sala de estar principal y cuenta con una cama King Sized, Smart TV Samsung de 43 pulgadas (NetFlix / Amazon), una estación de trabajo / maquillaje de escritorio incorporada y armarios y tocadores incorporados.

No funciona el Aire acondicionado, escribí al administrador y solo me respondió que abra las ventanas. Hacía mucho calor y es muy complicado abrir y cerrar ventanas. El hospedaje es bonito y bien equipado, bien ubicado. Pero es muy costoso para que no funcione bien el A/C.

A home away from home, made for a great ski vacation. Market is next door, shops and nightlife easy walking distance and shuttle service convenience. Thanks for the stay!

Great spot!

We stayed here during Telluride Jazz Festival and really enjoyed it. The property was exactly as pictured and clean and the location was perfect (right behind Clark’s Market and a 15 minute walk to town park) We come to Telluride several times a year and would stay here again!

the place was super cute, and the lay out was great. I loved that it was so close to groceries. I loved the steam shower in the master bedroom - I think the location was great.

Great place for families!

Great location to Coonskin lift and grocery store. Comfortable condo with well stocked kitchen. The crock pot was a plus! The fireplace was a huge help in heating the chilly kitchen in the mornings! We enjoyed our stay.

Christmas in Telluride

This condo was perfect for us for Christmas in Telluride! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We could easy walk to ski lifts as well as town. Clark’s grocery is in the same complex. Each bedroom is on a separate floor so everyone has nice privacy. It was cold a snowed while we were in Telluride and we were perfectly warm in this condo. The owners even had the condo decorated for Christmas, such a nice touch! I would recommend this highly!

Great condo walking distance to lift

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Telluride Lodge Unit 301. The management company was very responsive - responding almost immediately to questions sent by text. The condowas very clean and a good layout and the view of the mountain is great. The bedrooms are all on different floors so there's lots of privacy and the main living space is separated from the other areas by French Doors so there aren't issues with noise between the different spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials and there were plenty of paper products to last our whole stay (tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). The hot tubs were nice although the chlorine smell was a bit overwhelming in the indoor area. All in all it's a great condo.

Had everything we needed in the kitchen (though a knife sharpener would be a good addition!). Super close to Clark's Market and right across the street from Lift 7! Walking distance to all of the good restaurants in town. Highly recommend Uno Dos Tres (epic happy hour) and Brown Dog Pizza ($7 long islands)! No complaints 🙂

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was excellent for our crew of six skiers. Super convenient location to lift #7 to access the entire mountain and to the best market in town to stock up the kitchen. Barely a 10 min. Walk to downtown restaurants. Hot tub facilities are easy to access, clean, and have a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen and all kitchen equipment operated very well. Would just recommend that the owners invest in a new main TV. Even after we mastered the cable service, the focus was in and out all week. Overall, an excellent stay.

Telluride trip

The property was excellent and the property manager, Lisa, was very helpful. My only comment is there are alot of steps. We are mobile enough that it wasn't a problem. Guests may not be prepared or able to handle all the steps.

Family ski vacation

We had 4 adults in our group and the condo was perfect for us. The place was very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was stocked much better than most rentals, which was very helpful. We called maintenance one time, for a minor issue, and they responded immediately. The location was great, and we were able to ski-in and ski-out without carrying our gear very far. We walked to restaurants and shopping, and the grocery store was 1/2 block from the condo. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

Really wonderful condo! This home had new appliances, comfortable furniture, and was well stocked with everything including great tea and coffee and anything you might need. The management was very responsive with any questions. We loved it here and look forward to staying here in our next trip to telluride!

Beautiful town and very nice Condo stay

Great location and walking distance to everything. Very nice set up with everything you would need. Fabulous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath to spread out. Great relaxing recliners for the evenings by the fire. Very comfortable.

European Feeling Condo in Telluride

We really enjoyed our stay in Telluride. We hiked Blue Lakes and Bridal Veil Falls and both were great hikes (Blue Lakes is a fairly challenging all-day hike). Our family of six adults really enjoyed the condo. It is a very modern, updated, European-feeling condo with a well-stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of all downtown destinations and has a grocery store within a few hundred feet of the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated condo with great furnishings. Only drawback was the community hot tub being closed, but the steam feature in the shower helped make up for it. Easy and quick communication with property management. Would book it again.
