This property exceeded all expectations! Our son was getting married at a nearby vineyard and we used the house as a home base for visiting, getting ready and spending time with our adult children. The weather was unexpectedly cold and rainy, which made the pool table and extra space so valuable.

AvantStay is the property manager and their process was great. They send you links to enhance your stay and we took advantage of a personal chef. The experience was great! The house is very spacious with nice outdoor space.

House was incredible, beautiful view, fun outdoor activities. We loved every minute, close to wineries, house had absolutely everything we could have needed. We lost power late one night and we texted the property contact, they responded right away and kept us up to date on power outage. We highly recommend this vacation house.

This was a perfect place to gather with family and friends. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and there were lots of activities to enjoy together. The kitchen is very functional and had excellent supplies for cooking.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms. There were a few minor maintenance needs such as ice and water dispenser through refrigerator door. was not functional. There was a light out above the kitchen sink and the bathtub stopper in the bunk bed bathroom did not hold water in the tub. These were all minor issues and am sure they will be taken care of quickly. The host was very responsive and the information provided about the house in the online manual as well as the manual in the house was great and easy to follow. Would definitely stay at this property again as it was very comfortable and beautiful.

We rented the house to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday as she returned home from college for winter break. The house was so beautiful and spacious but cozy. Central to many wineries and amenities. The street was a bit hard for our limo to navigate but we just walked up the street to meet it. The check in process was so easy. We will definitely stay again.

This listing is even better in person and I did not even know that would be possible. It's so spacious, clean, and beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy. About a 7 minute drive away from the closest winery and grocery stores aren't too far either. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained and spacious home with amazing view, amenities for all ages, full stocked kitchen and good communication with Avantstay management company. Our stay was comfortable and we all wished we stayed longer. We would love to come back :)

My family gathered for a wedding weekend enjoyed all of the entertainment amenities at this property . Cool board games, billiard and Putt putt. The view is spectacular and relaxing !

Spent a week in February at this house. We are three couples celebrating our Valentine's Day Anniversaries. All three couples married on Valentine's Day, different years, but have spent our Anniversary vacation together for the past 23 years. This house was perfect for us, each couple had their own space, including the bathrooms, and the great room was a fantastic space to make food, play games, and watch TV. The kitchen met all our needs, didn't really use the 'game' room or entry living space but it was there if we needed it. The AVANTSTAY team was very responsive when we had an issue with the TV and fireplace. From the back patio we could watch the sunrise every morning and, on most days, the Hot Air Balloons were overhead. We visited wineries, drove up to Jilian, and spent a day in Old Town Temecula. All in all a great vacation.

We were ready to move in and stay immediately! Great location to wineries and old town not to far of a drive. Only complaints are beds could be more comfortable and stero didn't work. Lots of amenities and fun games.

We have a home just a few miles away in Wine Country, we were remodeling our home and couldn’t ask for a better location and price for the size of the home and property. We love this area, couldn’t ask for a better location!
