The unit was in a great location, walking distance to a beautiful beach, fresh fruit/vegetable stand, restaurants and grocery store. It was also a quick drive to other outdoor activities - zip line, monkey sanctuary, ATV, and numerous water activities.I can’t say enough good about the management staff. Tony was amazing! He reached out to us daily, answered any questions we had, and lined up a couple fantastic excursions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Casas Blanca #4. The location is wonderful and everything is within walking distance. The beach, grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. We rented a car but if you were to just shuttle to the condo you would have everything you need right there. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool is nice and clean. It was nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. The patio is great for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while you listen to monkey and bird calls in the trees. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be returning.

Great place to experience Costa Rican Pura Vida.

The spacious condo and beautiful surroundings were excellent, clean, safe, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the AC was nice, and the quietness was spectacular. The outdoor, covered patio with outdoor dining furniture in the walled in garden area was just fabulous for enjoying the beautiful weather. We also made good use of the provided beach towels, portable chairs, and beach bag since one of the many beaches in the area is just a five minute walk away. Some nice restaurants, a mercado, and a surf/gift shop are all within easy walking distance too. The walking is alongside or crossing a busy two lane road though so the adults waking up early to walk on the beach were just fine but the parents bringing the toddler to the beach drove. Communication, including general questions from and helps for first time VRBO travelers, was prompt and easy; Tony, with Krain, checked in, by text, daily and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We hope to stay here again.

Nice and Comfy

Staying at this condo was an absolutely amazing experience! The location couldn't have been better - just a short 500 meters from the beach and surrounded by a wonderful community with groceries, drugstores, and many restaurants all within walking distance. The condo itself was simply stunning, with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. The concierge staff and customer service were top notch, always available and willing to help with anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our entire family. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to cook and prepare meals, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy our meals together. The amenities at the condo were more than enough - there was always something to do, whether it was lounging by the pool, or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And whenever we needed anything, it was always there - from extra towels to kitchen supplies, we never had to worry about a thing. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location, staff, and amenities are all top notch, and we can't wait to come back and visit again!
