“The property is pretty modern for the area. The hotel is relatively small, owned by a super kind famliy- they're very sweet and generous. The room is well equipped and clean, basic toiletries and towels are provided, and there's an AC, tv, mini fridge, and kettle. It also has a small balconey overlooking the garden. There are beehives and an api house. The place also has a gift shop where the family sells homemade stuff which include honey wine, soaps, candles, perfumes, and creams. The location...

“My parents stayed there. They like it.”

“My flight was delayed for 2 hours and I sent a message to the hotel on the way from airport. The staff was waiting at the gate and direct taxi to the front door. The check in was smooth and the staff member carried my luggage to the room as the hotel didn't have a lift. The room was specious, clean and quiet.”

“Room service and cleaning was ok, staff were super friendly, above and beyond, pool was ok , location very convenient!”

“Staff are very friendly”

“The hotel is very well located, with all amenities. The reception and buffet staff are very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast was very good. A special mention goes to Mr. Petros at reception, a very kind person, always willing to help and resolve our requests. We are very grateful for his kindness and congratulate him on his excellent work. We strongly recommend this hotel.”

“Bien ubicado.

“I loved the hotel, nice style and comfortable rooms. Didn’t really use the facilities although would have liked to, but was busy on work trip. My only complaint is that as a vegan it wasn’t worth going down for breakfast. There were a few salad items but the bread was stale and no plant-based milks. I brought my own oat milk, and coffee was OK but not great. For most people though it looked like they had a plentiful breakfast. I’d have been happy with better bread and better coffee. Everything...

“The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!”

“I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful —...
