“Needs new mattresses give me back pain!!!”

“-Very friendly staff -good location -clean pool -clean room/spacy rooms -delicious food/breakfast buffet Maybe the air conditioner could use some cleanup, but overall good experience 8/10”

“FOUR DAYS HOSTED IN SIOLIM HOUSE We fell in love with the images showing on the website, but nothing could be further from reality. Very neglected Hotel, whole house needs a better maintenance. The Superior Room ("Macao") and bathroom need a deep cleaning, sheets and towels old and torn, no wifi available in room. We did not have bathwater the morning we were leaving and the manager only said "So sorry". If you don't reserve your dinner early morning the restaurant service will not...

“Very nice boutique property very cozy…”

“Beautiful and well thought out property, with amazing attention to detail.”

“The cottage room was large, clean and well-furnished with very comfortable bed; the aircon was functional but blew warm air even on the coolest setting, I think the coolant was out. I was in #115, right opposite a bar of the Burger Factory next door which played loud, obtrusive music from midday onwards, and the MH staff though otherwise helpful couldn't offer a better room. This greatly spoiled the stay for me. The hotel has a breakfast area but only room service at other times. No problem...

“The hotel is situated in the middle of a local village and the whole area is private property. You are not able to use your own taxi service to the airport, you need to book it thru the hotel else you have to pull your luggage about 50m to the main road Checked into this hotel to prepare the next day early morning fight, only manage to stay in this hotel for about 4 hrs. When checked in, there is a strong urine smell in the toilet and notice toilet bowl is not cleaned properly with urine...

“All good. Nice location. Very near to Morjim and opposite to newly opened Bastion. Lots of food places and near to a pickle-ball courts”

“A budget friendly place to stay, I would say it's the best place to stay in North Goa with pocket friendly budget. The surrounding is also pretty safe and there are decent options for food for pure veg as well. Swiggy zomato is also available to use. Excellent staff at the hotel. Response was good. Parking space is also there but the road to parking space is a little rough. I think they can improve that. It is couple and family friendly.”

“The location was beautiful but it had its flaws. We travelled from outside of India and hoped to stay in a clean resort and enjoy our time as we attend a wedding. The staff ensured us upon arrival that they only serve filtered water bottles in the rooms. Our room had a water bottle with mold overgrowth in it which was consumed by us unknowingly. My partner had severe stomach issues the next day and had been suffering from nausea and diarrhea for 2 weeks. We both also have had sinus infection...

“Good people ”

“The resort is located at a very pleasant place where you can see the beach from the balcony. The staff was very polite. The food was tasty. They have a big swimming pool and you can use it anytime.”

“The images for the property on Expedia is very very different to the actual property so it’s actually quite deceiving to someone visiting the property for the first time.”

“STAY AWAY!!! HELL IS BETTER than this resort! No hot water No steady power supply No steady water supply Loose fittings RUDE MANAGEMENT - AGM is behind Money I booked for 3 nights and have to ran out in two days and book another hotel, got hit with cold flu because of cold water baths Worsen My Holiday experience 🙁”
