Relaxation, peace and tranquility are guaranteed during the winter evenings in front of the wood-burning fireplace reading a book lying on the chaise longue while at the window a natural picture between snow and illuminated ski slopes will make you dream. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, library full of works for adults and children, a terrace overlooking the magnificent mountains and a small nest where you can watch the view ...In addition we have thought of a package of conventions in the area, thanks to our commercial agreements we can offer you small discounts in restaurants, transport, activities, equipment affiliated with us and the possibility of comfortably renting a heated ski box directly on the ski slopes.  


Pets allowed: the first one is free, for the second pet the amount is €15

Tasa turística: € 1,00 al día por persona. Este importe se debe abonar a la llegada. a partir de 1 noches para un máximo de 10 noches

De acuerdo con la ley italiana (artículo 109 del TULPS), es obligatorio mostrar los documentos de identidad (pasaporte o documento de identidad) de todos los huéspedes al hacer el registro para transmitirlos a las autoridades de seguridad pública. En caso de denegación, no será legalmente posible hacer el registro de entrada. Además, se le pedirá que firme un contrato, tal y como exige la ley italiana.
