The space

Prepare for liftoff, where comfort and adventure collide. A queen-size memory foam mattress, dressed in high-quality white bedding, sits on a pull-down platform, letting you sleep half inside, half under the open sky. For more privacy, the Shuttle can be fully closed and secured, or left open for a panoramic view of the stars. A skylight above brings in natural light while maintaining privacy, and beneath the bed is a large space for up to two pets. Outside, your personal fire pit awaits, perfect for warming up under the vast Texas night sky.



Sitting on its own small private hill, this offers unobstructed views of Big Bend National Park, Santa Elena Canyon, and the Chisos Mountains of Mexico. The surrounding desert landscape is filled with alien artifacts, meteor rocks, and hidden surprises, waiting to be explored. Guests also have access to scenic trails, BBQ pits, and swings, perfect for soaking in the rugged beauty of the desert.



Located off Highway 118, we’re just 11 minutes from Big Bend National Park and Terlingua Ghost Town, home to unique shops, restaurants, and legendary mines.



Inside, you’ll find everything you need:

For a truly immersive experience, iridescent nebula lasers glide across the ceiling, enhancing the cosmic atmosphere. Water is an extremely limited resource in the desert, so showers are strictly limited to five minutes—please help us conserve.



Guests have access to shared outdoor bathrooms with hot water and flush toilets. You’re welcome to grill in our common areas or gather around your personal fire pit, as the night sky comes alive with endless constellations.



After a day of adventure, unwind in a hammock chair, watch the sunset paint the mountains, and then retreat to your queen-size memory foam bed for a night of pure comfort. Whether you close the Shuttle for a cozy night or leave it open for a front-row view of the stars, this is a sleep experience like no other.

Check-In Instructions

• Address: 52975 Hwy-118, Terlingua, TX. Use Google Maps—Apple Maps does not work well here.

• Check-in: 4 PM – 10 PM. No early arrivals unless arranged in advance.

• Early Check-in: Available from 1 PM for a $35 fee. If you’d like an early check-in, please let us know first thing in the morning of your arrival day to confirm availability.

• Upon arrival, call us so we can meet you at your vehicle. Have your reservation page ready.



Guests & Pets

• Up to 2 pets allowed for a $95 flat fee.

• Each Shuttle includes a queen-size memory foam bed with premium white bedding and towels, designed to accommodate up to 2 adults maximum.



House Rules

1. Property Terrain: This sits on a small private hill with trails and natural desert terrain. Those with mobility concerns should contact us before booking.

2. Supervision & Safety: Adults must supervise children. No climbing rocks, running, or entering restricted areas. Flashlights are required after dark.

3. Refund Policy: Date changes are free up to 1 month before arrival. Changes within a month incur a $50 fee. The cancellation policy applies as per booking terms.

4. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damages, furnishings, or property. Repair or replacement fees may apply.

5. Wildlife Awareness: The desert has spiders, wasps, snakes, and scorpions. Keep screen doors closed to reduce encounters. Check your path before stepping.

6. Dark Sky Environment: Our property has minimal lighting to preserve the night sky. Always carry a flashlight. Arriving before dark is highly recommended.

7. Respect for Nature: The desert landscape is fragile. Do not step on plants, collect rocks, or disturb wildlife.

8. Trail Safety: Stick to designated trails as off-trail areas contain loose volcanic rock. Wear sturdy shoes.

9. Emergency Preparedness: The nearest hospital is over an hour away in Alpine, TX. Please take necessary precautions.

10. Water & Power Conservation: Water is extremely limited—showers must be kept to 3-5 minutes. Power outages can occur; we provide portable power banks if needed.

11. Noise & Respect: Be mindful of other guests—excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without a refund.

12. Communication: We strive to respond quickly, but service can be spotty. Message us through the app or text for non-emergencies.

13. Leave No Trace: Trash facilities are limited—dispose of waste responsibly.

14. Amenities Provided: Clean white linens, extra blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, A/C, fridge, fan, coffee maker, nebula laser, household plugs, and a private fire pit.

15. Respect for Others: Guests must treat others and staff with kindness and respect. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
