Thank-you for this review...We actually appreciate you for pointing out that we are not perfect... because nobody, nowhere, nothing is... The pool is advertised on all websites..We truly regret that that was missed. What we ARE is a simple but unique lodging experince with a hiking, golfing, relaxed down-to-earth vibe. What we are not... is an ocean side villa with a panoramic view of the world. There is no butler waiting outside your door with breakfast... danggitt. We are just humans... serving other humans...We are not for everyone... but for some.. we are just the right amount of "enough."

Thank-you so much! ...and for some of our other, less agile, guests... there is a look out platform jutting over the canyon. You do not have to "hike" to that; everyone can see and enjoy the beauty

Yes, we are in a small community and there are several places for food within Crooked River Ranch, there are also some places in Terrebonne proper as well as Redmond which is about a 20 minute drive. Great idea to bring a cooler of goodies and we also have the fridge and microwave in the rooms to make things easier! We hope to see you in the future!
