Tespe - a village directly on the southern bank of the Elbe Tespe is a municipality in the north-east of the district of Harburg in Lower Saxony. The municipality, which belongs to the joint municipality of Elbmarsch, is bordered by the River Elbe to the north. Avendorf and Bütlingen have also been part of the municipality since 1972. The district of Tespe is located directly on the river and has its own marina. Community life here is strongly characterised by the lively activities of the numerous clubs.
