The space
Sleeping up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms plus a rumpus room, the house has been well thought out to provide the best indoor outdoor living you could imagine, and at the same time provides a number of spaces in which you can relax and take in all that this beautiful house has to offer.

Entertaining is a pleasure with a large covered alfresco area where you can eat, drink and relax as you watch the kids on the playground or in the pool. Built in BBQ and out door heaters make this area useable all year round With comfy lounge seating, and an outdoor TV you will love family nights out here.

The expansive pool area has been cleverly thought out and features an area for you to lounge and take in the glorious sunshine Queensland is renowned for. An extra large wading area is ideal for small children to splash around as they find their feet in the water. Featuring a built in seating area with table you can sit socially whilst cooling off and enjoy a refreshing drink. The pool is tastefully lit at night providing a beautiful backdrop for your evening meal.

The Expansive designer kitchen flows seamlessly to the outdoors and joins the two spaces harmoniously. The chef of the family will love cooking on the large gas cooktop in the large island bench whilst enjoying the view of the pool and socialising. Double Smeg ovens means you can cook for even the largest family with ease. Dishwasher, double belfast sink and Insinkerator make clean up a breeze. Large fridge freezer with built in water and ice dispenser provides cool refreshment whenever required. Equipped with everything you need catering will never be an issue.

Unique reclaimed timber floors flow throughout the main area and the glass ceiling provides an abundance of natural light. The impressive entrance with its grand staircase, sparkling chandelier and exquisite cornice will leave a first impression you and your guests will never forget. Decorative panelling adds to the grandeur of this extraordinary space.

Downstairs features a cosy lounge area perfect for quiet time. A large playroom with toys for all ages will keep children entertained for days on end! The Laundry features an extra large 16kg washing machine so if you do need to do any washing you can fit it all in one!

The vast sleeping arrangements start in the awe-inspiring master suite. Featuring a King size bed, ornate furniture and decorative ceiling you won't want to leave this elegant space. Open the large bi-fold doors out onto the generous balcony and relax in the glorious sunshine. The master ensuite has a spa like shower with two large shower heads and a unique reclaimed double vanity.
Bedroom 2 is just as exquisite with an ensuite and large bi-fold doors onto the balcony. Beautifully furnished you will feel as though you are in a luxurious hotel suite.

The spacious children's haven has sleeping arrangements for the best of sleepovers! They will make many memories on the double bunk bed and three singles in this room. And the little ones don't miss out on the grandeur this house has to offer with their own chandelier!

Bedroom 5 offers a quaint balcony with table and chairs perfect to sit and read at book.

Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house except a few cupboards we use for cleaning supplies and the garage.
