The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, providing direct access to the garden and a small balcony. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a shower room with a separate WC and a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find a cosy lounge area with sloping ceilings, as well as the second bedroom, which also features sloping ceilings and is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor is served by its own shower room with WC. The property further benefits from 2 small terraces and a small balcony, all of which frame a beautiful view of the river.
