“The receptionist at the hotel has terrible manners. The whole experience is really bad because of her. She was really agressive towards my sister, because my sister could not understand her. The internet goes off every so often and i went to tell her and she told me i was lying, when i was right there was no internet. there are many power cuts and you get woken up every 2 hours because the air conditining goes off and you wake up boiling hot. They dont allow you to wash even a tshirt in the room...
