“It is a quirky place. Looks very plain from the front but was a lovely place to stay. Great service from arrival to departure. Food was superb. After checking out we were on our way to Sunderland when we realised we hadn't tipped the staff so, we turned back and did so. That's how good it was. Will definitely return.”

“The room had everything you'd need for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Real milk in the fridge was an unexpected bonus.
The area has a good selection of excellent restaurants.”

“I advise everyone, DO NOT STAY at this property, keep on looking for something else. The rooms smelt of smoke, the hallways and stairs smelt like a bar, the people’s staying in the other rooms looked dodgy, this place is a craic den, and to top it all off the owners didn’t care about the issues. ”
