Convenient for transport to and from London with a pleasant bar and beer garden to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. “The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

“Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.”

“My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack!
