“Very clean and friendly ”

“We had a great time. Clean, tidy and plenty of space for 4 people. Only feedback I would give is there was no pillows left for those sleeping on the sore bed. Also the blinds do not provide any darkness so from 4am it was bright daylight with sun streaming in. This affected our quality of sleep but we made it work. ”

“Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.”

“Es un buen hotel, limpio y tiene una estación 🚉 de Metro Super cerca. El personal es muy servicial y eficiente. Tienen 2 retos por delante: mejorar el desayuno continental y cambiar las llaves de la ducha 🚿, es imposible obtener agua caliente. Yo pude hasta después del tercer día de intentarlo. ”

“I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

“Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. ”

“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”
