“Check in is ridiculous compared to all the reviews I read. After reading check in procedures I was convinced it was not really ok to stay at this place. Rules of brining no luggage through main entrance was a pain. The location here is excellent. Beds were hard as rocks. Will not return”

“the check in was honestly very complicated. we couldn't actually get into the building unless somebody was entering the building at the same time as us. There being only 1 fob once you actually got in kinda sucked if you're more than 2 people. we were 4 people and there were only 2 bath towels, a few face cloths and no hand towels. the showers had mold in them and there were eyelash extention clusters next to the bed on the floor. overall was not what i would have expected for the price we paid...

“Super cute, roomy, trendy apartment with a great view. Ubers were quick and easy to Broadway and to the convention center (we were there for a conference). Directions into the apartment were very clear and communication with directions were awesome! No issues.”
