“The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door”

“Fabulous stay. Lovely, spacious, spotless twin room with very clean, modern en suite. Everywhere is extremely clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and a fantastic outside area for sunny days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Generous meal portions and absolutely delicious! We joined in the quiz night and were even greeted warmly (and helped!) by the locals. We will definitely be staying again!”

“The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!”

“My room was nice, carpets are a bit worn etc. But it was alright. Worse thing is the restaurant. I didnt have breakfast as it was served to late for me, but i ate once in the restaurant for an evening meal. Half the menu wasn't available so I had a chicken burger. It was alright, but everything seemed quite expensive for what it was. I would have eaten here before, however, even though the restaurant looked empty i was told there was a long wait. However, there is a great steak house a short...

“Manager very attentive upgraded rooms because of an issue with air conditioning. Small fridge would have been a bonus but everything we needed in all our rooms, extra water and condiments in hallway. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Restaurant was 10/10. The only disheartening incident was being refused Scottish bank notes, it is legal tender, definitely not the welcome we expected. Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom.”

“I was a bit surprised to be put in a room on the old side of the hotel - a bit souless. I'm sure the more modern side to the hotel is nice, but I didn't get to see it”
