“We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable.”

“Beautiful grounds on arrival and very impressed. Unfortunately, receptionist was very condescending because we had booked through expedia therefore no fee spa access! We weren't told where anything was or what we had to do for breakfast or how to get to our room!! Room was a distance away and smelt a bit, but lovely comfortable bed and massive shower. “Room was dated but clean and had everything we needed for one night. On arrival there was no one at reception and we had to wait quite a while to check in, in spite of staff walking past us waiting. We wanted to get dinner at the hotel but the staff closed the restaurant 30min early and wouldn't serve us. Again we waited at the bar while three members of staff chatted and ignored us. Would not recommend the service here.”
