“The parking was being redone upon my stay but other than that everything was pretty well catered for your needs”

“The room was fine, the hotel was clean and the limited interactions I had with staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the parking is terrible. The hotel carpark is tiny and fills up quickly and the street parking around the hotel is all time limited. If you are travelling for work or are an early riser then this hotel is great but if you are looking for a relaxing stay where you can sleep in, this is probably not the place for you.”

“The room had 2 cracked pains of glass the shower exhaust fan was caked in dust so were the vents in the room the carpet needs a good steam clean Over all the room was comfortable the bed was ok The whole hotel could do with a paint it looks abit shabby”

“The young man on reception was particularly helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Ideally located hotel which we would recommend. The breakfast was very generous.”

“Great location, easily accessed. Plenty of parking and front guest check in staff was very polite, efficient and courteous. Room 110 has ants in air con and front door takes a really big shove to get it to stay closed. And the constant dripping tap in vanity drove us insane, not to mention the amount of wasted water .”

“Buena opción en Canberra. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Cada día que no pides renovar las toallas te dan 10$ australianos para canjear en el restaurante anexo al propio hotel. Creo que deberían reembolsarlo como opción si no quieres consumir en ese restaurante. Saludos. ”

“Good and cheap option ”

“Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.”

“Room: was little cold Carpet was not clean and old Staff: was kind and friendly Breakfast: it was okay Bar: Bar area was the best to stay for evening time till late.”

“Hotel is great as usual, however check-in was a shambles and room didn’t have all amenities- not good enough given price”

“Convenient location, great room. Bathroom was nice and small kitchen handy. Helpful staff. Great stay for a night.”

“Great location and clean apartment with all amenities needed. Only downside was the pillows supplied are very tall and uncomfortable and they had no other pillows in stock with their program.”

“Great location: eateries and bars nearby, walking distance to museums and galleries, public transport nearby (on the bus route to and from the airport, close to Lake Burley Griffin and Mount Ainslie, and an easy 25 minute walk into the CBD”
