“Disgusting ”

“Al llegar al Hotel no aceptaron mi reservación alegando que no se pudieron comunicar con Expedia y para poder quedarme tenía que pagar nuevamente por la habitación, y me toco pagar la habitación nuevamente para poder descansar unas horas y poder seguir mi viaje ”

“in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect ”

“Excellent excellent stay!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was very clean with plenty of space, storage and pillows! Room is quiet too and the beds were luxurious. We slept so soundly. Breakfast is included from 6 to 10 am, buffett style, with choice of cereal, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, with rotating breakfast meats and potatoes. Coffee / tea / juice bar included. The dining area is large and comfortable. The hotel is bright and inviting...

“East parking and secure. Nice room with large fridge, plates, silverware, small stovetop to cook on and dishwasher. Really complete amenities for a hotel room. We were in town for our granddaughters basketball tournament and the staff worked with us to get us in our room a little early so we could get checked in and to the game with time to spare. Much appreciated.”

“Everything was perfect, except for the way to the rooms, it has a stair without a ramp and I had a big luggage so it was a little dificult to climb the steps of the stair with the luggage. Also the hotel is a little old I suggest to start remodeling it. there was NO problem nether with the room, or bed or shower, eeverything was nice and clean. ”
