“Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo.”

“My family and I had a great stay at Seda Capitol. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The property itself is probably due for a bit of a refresh as there were some cosmetic issues like chips in the walls. The pool was not available for part of our stay due to renovations. We liked that the property was close to several tourist spots and easily accessible.”

“This is the best place I have stayed in the Philippines (out of 20+). Great room, service, facilities, food, staff.”

“Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies”

“The place needs to be cleaned. We killed two roaches during our stay. And there is no proper instruction how to get inside.”

“Clean room and accommodating staff”

“cozy hotel and great breakfast”

“Every thing”

“Huge room. Clean and nice”

“Robinson mall is undergoing renovations. It's located next to the hotel. Not much to offer in the mall. No designated smoking area except the open main street. No cover no shade just open sun or rain”

“The property is clean and the service is great. Host/staff are very responsive and accomodating.”
