Last-minute booking (train problems) brought me to the wonderful Bank House! Beautiful position overlooking the River Ouse and only 10/15 minute walk from the railway station to the picturesque Purfleet Quay. The staff were simply amazing - nothing was too much trouble. Welcoming and friendly - they turned a very emotional and draining day into a very calm and relaxing evening! I also had a meal at the on-site restaurant - very good indeed. I will definitely return here - sometimes impromptu events have the BEST outcomes!! Highly recommended.

Room was clean and spacious, reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and breakfast was excellent. We couldn’t of asked for more 😀
