“What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

“The property was just as advertised. It was very much like home and a great place to relax. Close to hiking, beach, and activities in Incline Village.”

“Muy comodo todo, me gusto”

“Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. ”

“Really lovely cabin in a great location. The property was very comfortable and had all the things you'd need. One property requirement that would have been good to know up front is that only 6 people (and children over 5 qualify) are allowed to stay overnight.Host was very responsive”

“Our kids/teenagers had a wonderful 4th of July vacation!”

“We were very happy with this Tahoe property. It was very clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the unit and we really liked that for unpacking the car. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The property around the unit was nice and woodsy and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were available but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to return again someday.”

“This house was great and only a few minutes to Donner Ski Resort. We stayed here with a family friend and their kids and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for all food prep and cooking needs. The house has everything including games to help occupy the kids, hot tub, sleds, and large garage for indoor parking. Highly recommend this property.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo over the 4th of July holiday. Plenty of space and great location!”

“The property is good but honestly it is old and need to be renovated. ”

“Peaceful, lots of sun, end of culdesac, large deck. Comfortable cabin feel. ”

“Our family of 5 stayed here for a week during the 4th of July and it was very comfortable. Convenient location, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and extra bedding, the kitchen was stocked, but could use a new set of pans they are pretty old. The decks were great as well as the BBQ and hot tub, it was great having our dog with us too he loved it! We would definately stay here again.”

“Nice place.”

“Clean, comfortable. Easy access. Great place!”

“Very much enjoyed our stay here. Minutes away from King’s Beach. Host was very responsive.”

“Very clean. Furniture is dated with a vintage appeal. Close enough to walk to a beach or into town.”

“We really enjoyed our week here as a family of 5. The home itself was clean and clearly built with high quality finishes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. We only had a couple of issues, hence the 4 stars. 1)The internet was inconsistent. We were never able to watch a movie on the TV without regular internet disconnections. We couldn't rely on it with our devices. We reached out for help, but the phone number...

“We absolutely loved this property, from the easy check in and great communication with the host, as well as exactly getting what we expected on the pictures displayed. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling up to Tahoe.”
