KRG uses the DACK App and even though I did what it asked, it didn’t show my reservation for several days halfway or more through the stay. KRG sent an email and I replied but didn’t get a response for 48 hours suggesting the app that wasn’t working. This is why I rate the communication poorly. With better communication the thermostat broken/heat issue could have been handled differently.
