The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Minor issue with golf car, but they made arrangements to get it fixed. We were in a nice village, close to Lake Sumter Landing square and other shopping on the main road. The nearest golf course, Glenview Country Club, has a great Monday night buffet, call for a reservation. It was great living like a local in the Villages.

Very pleasant stay

This rental is extremely well run and organized, check in and check out is smooth and seamless. Manager is very responsive. Home has everything you need, even some games and puzzles for rainy days. Very close to everything you need, although a very long golf cart drive to Brownwood and other amenities in the south. If you love the stuff available around Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter like we do, it's a prefect location.

Beautiful outdoor space and hot tub

Host was very accommodating. The house s very comfortable with many extra things that added to a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great place in The Villages

This was the perfect spot for my family of five and even had enough space for us to host our parents for dinner while we were there. The hot tub was a nice addition for after the kids went to sleep. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was nice and well provisioned. The owner and host were excellent to work with. My only issue was that the house was musty smelling. It could have been from all of the recent rain.

Will be coming back!

We have stayed in several homes in The Villages. They have all been very nice. But this home is our new favorite. There is something very comfortable and easy about the house. We all slept well, enjoyed the outdoor space, and loved hanging out at night in the living room. Owner was also great. Our family thanks you.

Magnificent

Spent 8 days in The Villages to play golf. I happened to be lucky enough that Patty and Mike's home was available for rent. Everything you need and more is the best way to describe the property. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Having the golf cart and the hot tub are huge bonuses to this beautiful property. In addition, both Patty and Mike are local and available if any issues arise. They checked a couple of times insuring all was good. This was a first class property and a great time. Thanks for making the stay in The Villages so pleasurable.

Quiet stay in the Villages

As with most homes in The Villages, it looks small from the outside, but when you walk in, you get a big surprise! The open floor plan is awesome! The Bedrooms are big and spacious. There is a fan in every room. Our favorite place to hang out is the Lanai and this one was awesome! There is not one uncomfortable chair in the house. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We did not use the hot tube but, that would be great on a cooler night. We did enjoy our coffee outside on the patio and grilled some brats one night. Communication with Patty was awesome. If you want a nice quiet place in the village close to Spanish springs and not that far from Lake Sumter, this is the place. Oh and the gas golf cart checks off all the boxes.

Pleasant but...

The location is wonderful, the communication is great, the snacks and proseco was very nice but I booked this home 100% for the hot tub because we had to get rid of ours and my I wanted to surprise my husband with it. The hot tub is a soaking tub, sure it has jets but they don't come on in jet mode only filter 2x a day and so we did not enjoy it. Also the golf cart makes squeals and smells as if the belt is about to break and it is in need of a tune up. I told the owner this and Patty sd it is being looked into as of the day we left. The home is clean. Although the back patio area needs cleaning and the hot tub outside area where you put your arms on had visible dirt. The amenities are nice and is very comfortable other than what I mentioned.

Excellent location if you want to stay in the northern section of the villages, with a Golf cart and hot tub.Extremely clean home, very well maintained. In the garage, you will find for use tennis rackets, pickle ball accessories, golf clubs, extra fold up chairs, and some basic tools if they are necessary. Hot tub is a higher end model, was clean and works like a champ, but only if you follow the operating instructions.The owner is extremely responsive and more than happy to answer any questions you may have.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would gladly stay there again without any hesitation.
