They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

“Had a great stay here whilst attending a nearby wedding. The hostess Vicky was very helpful. flexible and friendly. Rooms were spacious and immaculate and the breakfast in the morning had a very large selection of things to eat as well as a cooked to order breakfast. Everything was great...recommend to anyone”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. “Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”
