“The building was old but the staff was wonderful. They gave us a tray with plates, knives and a bread knife when we said we were making sandwiches. They accommodated everything we needed. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, which made several kinds of coffee/espresso, available at all times for free. Also free apples and cookies. Lobby had comfortable seating and tables, and several games. Shower was excellent, room was old but clean. Location was perfect, half a block from the Theaterplein...

“Overall my stay was great experience however dinner was a bummer since kitchen closes early 9:00 pm so I had to get the bar menu. Service wasn’t that great they were just distracted.”

“Very well appointed apartment in lovely location overlooking botanic gardens. host Elena very helpful. Don't recall if ad mentioned that it was up two flights of steep stairs? we were fine but not suitable for mobility issues or heavy luggage. very well equipped. think it was designed by a man (!) as very few plugs except around the TV and in bathroom. So charging phones a challenge. Heating system isn't explained in the house manual so wasted time and energy trying to get air cooling/warming...
